Hello ladies,
Six weeks to go... I hope my tips so far have been helping you gear up for the big day with ease! Here are a couple of ideas for gifts that go a little further when buying for families:
1. Hampers are one of my favourite ways to get everyone in the mood to celebrate. The best ones should look fantastic, have something in them for everyone, and tempt the recipients into immediately enjoying them! They’re a perfect choice for a large family, or if you are visiting for lunch on the big day. They don’t always have to consist of food gifts – be creative and make your own hamper of carefully picked gifts for each individual. In my opinion, a hamper for a client’s entire family may be appreciated more than a standard corporate gift – think fun toys for the kids, a luxury candle or crystal perfume bottle for the mother, and a luxury leather item for the father. Get your choices right, and these collective gifts will make an impression on those who really call the shots – the family!
2. Another great idea when you’re choosing Christmas gifts for a family is to give one item that everyone can enjoy. If you make it something fun, like an innovative game, it makes a fantastic way of getting everyone to enjoy spending time together on the day. It can be as simple or as lavish as you like – a Polaroid camera is ideal for instant snapping of all the family fun, whereas an ultimate luxury choice for me would have to be Geoffrey Parker’s Bespoke Giant Dominoes Set... it both looks and feels incredible, and is a dead cert for getting everyone involved!
