I’m very excited about being here, and hope that you enjoy my style and gifting tips so that you can stay ahead in the game! Having worked as a style consultant for over ten years, I’m here to help you make more of those inspired choices and fewer of those expensive mistakes...

With Christmas now firmly on the horizon, we’re busier than ever at Gift-Library.com. Over the coming weeks I’ll be giving you some tips on how best to prepare for the big day, so that when it arrives you can relax and enjoy it:

1. Giving great gifts is an art, but it’s one that takes some preparation, so make sure you leave yourself enough time. Make a list of recipients, and remember that the best gifts are the ones the recipient would choose for themselves. Think about their personality, what they like to do, and the kinds of treats they go for. Drawing up a mini analysis of your nearest and dearest will ensure your gift hits the spot!

2. If you get stuck, don’t panic. Listen carefully to conversations with friends and family – clues are everywhere, and often you’ll find the perfect gift right there for the choosing. If you’re still not sure, try sounding out ideas from those closest to them - a discreet partner or family member can be invaluable when it comes to making the right decision. And don’t forget to have fun with it, that’s what it’s all about!

Of course, it’s an important time of year when it comes to the corporate calendar too, and I’m sure many of you are busy event co-ordinating.
